Established in 2007, Laura Valles & Associates, Inc. is  a purpose-driven, social justice oriented coaching and consulting firm dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth,  families and communities through a focus on strong leadership,  a clear vision, and bold action.

We are adept at guiding and supporting conversations about diversity, equity, inclusion, access and systems change. We do this through transformational "flow-oriented" coaching, community building, authentic stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, facilitation, capacity building, and expressive arts practices. Laura is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

LVA is a California-certified small business that authentically engages diverse individuals, non-profit organizations, philanthropy, and local governments across California.
