Building on over 20 years of experience conducting outreach, research, and facilitation, Laura Valles & Associates (LVA) has effectively translated its experience to support qualitative research projects in a broad range of fields including early care and education, mental health, economic development and others.
Laura Valles & Associates (LVA) consulting practice is rooted in Laura's personal and professional experiences. Laura was called to this work through her experiences as the daughter of Mexican immigrants and her upbringing in the largely Latino community of Boyle Heights in Los Angeles. One of the most powerful lessons she learned is that positive and lasting change can only take root when everyone has an opportunity to contribute their gifts, talents, and perspectives. These values of equity, agency, and inclusivity continue to drive Laura's approach.
