Laura Valles & Associates (LVA) consulting practice is rooted in Laura's personal and professional experiences. Laura was called to this work through her experiences as the daughter of Mexican immigrants and her upbringing in the largely Latino community of Boyle Heights in Los Angeles. One of the most powerful lessons she learned is that positive and lasting change can only take root when everyone has an opportunity to contribute their gifts, talents, and perspectives. These values of equity, agency, and inclusivity continue to drive Laura's approach.
Founded in 2007, Laura Valles & Associates (LVA) is devoted to developing healthier communities, stronger families and thriving children. As a community and organizational development consulting firm, LVA's mission is to contribute leadership, vision and action that enables non-profit, governmental, and philanthropic organizations to achieve positive outcomes.
The LVA team is passionate about each project it supports and approaches each engagement from a strengths-based perspective that leverages the unique content expertise, gifts, and talents that exist within each community and organization. Laura works personally with each client to identify goals, define success, and customize our approach. LVA's team of in-house and on-assignment consultants is uniquely qualified to deliver services across a range of areas drawing upon our experience in six practice areas to customize the right set of services. |
